\nYou see Gloom standing in front of you, Half-naked!<\/p>\n

*>Scream and shut the door and go to sleep hoping THAT was a dream
\nYou go to sleep.<\/p>\n

*>Open eyes and yawn
\nYou emote
\nYou can also hear several tappety tap tap type noises downstairs.<\/p>\n

\nThe time, when you look at a clock will be 09:30<\/p>\n

*>Carefully open door
\nYou carefully open the door
\nYou see an empty landing.<\/p>\n

*>Run to bathroom, have a wash, run back, get dressed then
\nnonchalantly walk downstairs.
\nYou rush.
\nIn Zarabeth\u2019s house.
\nSigea is here, at the terminal
\nAchelous is here at the terminal
\nGloom is here, at another terminal<\/p>\n

*>enter kitchen and make some coffee
\nYou wake yourself up<\/p>\n

*>say You been playing all night?
\nGloom replies, \u201cNo\u201d
\nSigea says, \u201cNo \u2013 we stopped playing for at least three hours!\u201d
\nSigea nods to Achelous.
\nZarabeth walks in, looking for some coffee.
\nVick staggers in, looking for more Rum!<\/p>\n

Brrring!<\/p>\n

Vick staggers to the door, wondering who it is.
\nYou hear Vick say, \u201cChris! Glad you could make it!\u201d
\nGandalf the ex-mugger walks in, pretending to be Chris!<\/p>\n

*>examine Gandalf
\nGandalf appears to be fully clothed!
\nHe isn\u2019t a mug player or coder anymore and is happy that way.
\nHe seems to be wanting to buy a fridge
\nHe is also carrying a crash-helmet.<\/p>\n

Gandalf says, \u201cHi everyone!\u201d
\nZarabeth and Optimist say, \u201cHi!\u201d
\nThe others don\u2019t reply as a result of not knowing who he is, or in some cases, because they are too engrossed on the terminals\u2026<\/p>\n

Vick introduces Gandalf to those who don\u2019t know him.
\nGandalf mentions quietly that he is partly responsible for young Zarabeth being the way she is\u2026
\nGandalf smiles at the memory!<\/p>\n

*>Time
\nIt is now time for dinner.<\/p>\n

*>Say Coo! Chicken again!
\nYou speak<\/p>\n

Time passes\u2026<\/p>\n

Arnie edges away from Gloom, giving him a funny look!
\nGandalf announces, \u201cI liked that chicken!\u201d
\nVick looks at the terminals.
\nVick says, \u201cOk! Whose been playing and eating as the same time?\u201d
\nAchelous and Sigea look sheepish\u2026
\nSigea goes, \u201cBaaa!\u201d<\/p>\n

Vick looks around for the GuildMaster.
\nVick taps a foot\u2026
\nVick mutters something under his breath\u2026<\/p>\n

The Guildmaster appears, wearing a hairnet, pink polkadot boxer shorts and ironing his robe!
\nThe Guildmaster screams and looks at his watch.
\nThe Guildmaster runs into the kitchen, then walks out again with dignity, wearing his robe and unmatching socks.
\nThe GuildMaster says, \u201cHERE IS YOUR QUEST YOUNG, Adventurers.
\nMeet with a metal, thats a liquid in warmth. Then find some large balls and erm\u2026. Play with them.\u201d
\nThe Guildmaster adds, \u201cWell \u2013 I\u2019m running out of ideas!\u201d
\nThe Guildmaster vanishes leaving his ironing board.<\/p>\n

Zarabeth walks out of the kitchen with a pair of polkadot boxer shorts and says, \u201cReally Vick, you could have made him a little more impressive in THAT department!\u201d<\/p>\n

*>Wait for the taxis to arrive and then allow them to take you to the Shoreham seafront
\nYou wait.
\nYour surroundings fade and you find yourself :<\/p>\n

On the seafront.
\nMercury the inexperienced is here, looking out of place in sandals!<\/p>\n

*>Engage in discussion about avatar whilst waiting for any other villagers to arrive
\nYou wait in vain.
\nZarabeth enters the doorway to the Alley with Gandalf\u2026
\nYou are forced to :<\/p>\n

*>Follow Zarabeth
\nYou follow Zarabeth.
\nInside the Bowling Alley.
\nThere are 24 bowling lanes here.<\/p>\n

Zarabeth looks longingly at some of the lanes.
\nVick mutters something about her enjoying looking at large bowling balls\u2026<\/p>\n

There is a girl here, wanting you to pay to use the lanes.<\/p>\n

\nYou take the shoes.
\nYour already wearing a pair dimwit!<\/p>\n

\nVick asks, \u201cAnyone know how to score?\u201d<\/p>\n

\nThe Guildmaster says, \u201cHERE IS YOUR QUEST YOUNG Adventurers, pick a ball of any size and lob it down a wooden path.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vick says, \u201cWe know how to bowl dimwit!\u201d
\nThe Guildmaster Vanishes, after nicking a bowling ball!
\nVick says, \u201cOk! Lets get started!\u201d<\/p>\n

\nYou bowl the bowling ball\u2026
\nYou watch as the rest bowl a ball.<\/p>\n

Time passes\u2026<\/p>\n

Mercury seems to be sulking.
\nMercury says, \u201cIts not fair! Vick distracted me! He\u2019s a cheat!\u201d
\nVick seems to be sulking.
\nVick says, \u201cIts not fair! Mercury distracted me and caused me to bowl into my leg!\u201d<\/p>\n

\nThe Guildmaster appears, on a li-lo and seems to be covered in sun tan oil as well as fast asleep.
\nVick wonders if he should wake him?
\nZarabeth whispers, \u201cNo, he looks so defenceless! Anyway he\u2019s having a break!\u201d
\nGloom grins wickedly and whispers, \u201cAnyone got any sand?\u201d
\nVick hands Gloom some sand.
\nGloom pours the sand over the Guildmaster\u2019s stomach in a set pattern\u2026
\nGloom giggles\u2026
\nArnie sniggers\u2026
\nAchelous & Sigea wonder who\u2019s standing in for him back on Avatar?<\/p>\n

\nYou emote
\nVick remembers seeing a long queue to the Guildmaster\u2019s Limbo \u2013 Full of nice things like Demons, Dragons and Knights\u2026
\nVick waggles his fingers\u2026
\nYou seem to have a chunk of time removed from memory!<\/p>\n

In a pub.
\nYou appear to be at a table with some drinks.<\/p>\n

*>Peer South
\nYou can see a large pier, just across the road!<\/p>\n

*>Drink drink & get another
\nYou drink the cider
\nAnd drink the other cider\u2026<\/p>\n

\nYour watch appears to have a problem with deciding in how many minute hands it wants\u2026<\/p>\n

\nYou appear to be slightly drunk.
\nVick announces, \u201cLooks like its time to go meet the rest of the Villagers!\u201d<\/p>\n

*>Get up, slowly and follow someone who you might use as a leaning post
\nYou stagger across the road narrowly being missed by several cars.
\nGloom goes over the pancake stall and makes off with most of it!
\nGloom says, \u201cWell, I need a snack!\u201d
\nAs you head out, down the pier, you see 3 other people running for cover!
\nChant, Peri and Graeme hide behind Gloom and say to Vick, \u201cThat barman is viciously attacking us!\u201d
\nArnie gasps, \u201cWhat with? A meat Cleaver or Shortsword?\u201d
\nPeri snorts, \u201cMuch worse \u2013 A Live band!\u201d
\nAchelous says, \u201cI wouldn\u2019t hide behind Gloom if I was you!\u201d
\nVick says, \u201cOk, I\u2019ll get the GuildMaster to go and see if anyone else has arrived.\u201d
\nVick whistles. The Guildmaster arrives, wearing a maids pinnie and a duster in one hand. Once everyone has stopped laughing, Vick says, \u201cWould you go in there and see if there are any Villagers or other Avatar players that need rescuing?\u201d The GuildMaster replies, \u201cI\u2019m to go in there? Like this?\u201d Zarabeth says sweetly, \u201cI\u2019ll fireball you if you don\u2019t!\u201d
\nThe GuildMaster wanders into the pub at the end of the pier.
\nTwo minutes later, Vick says, \u201cOk, looks like no-one else has arrived lets go to see the sea!\u201d
\nSigea says, \u201cIs nobody going to get the GuildMaster out of there?\u201d
\nVick grins, \u201cWould you brave that noise?\u201d
\nSigea chuckles, \u201cOh!\u201d<\/p>\n

*>stagger off to the end of the pier
\nYou follow everyone else \u2013 with difficulty.
\nSeveral people go on the waltzer.<\/p>\n

*>say That is supposed to be fun?
\nYou speak and start feeling a little green.
\nYou reach the end of the pier.
\nYou look over the edge into the dark waters below.
\nGloom sidles up to Arnie and manacles him to the pier with a pair of handcuffs!
\nGloom cheers, \u201cI\u2019ve completed my first quest!!\u201d
\nEveryone cheers \u2013 except Arnie.
\nArnie grimaces, \u201cOk, you\u2019ve done your quest \u2013 now let me out of here!\u201d
\nGloom looks worried, \u201cAh, I didn\u2019t get the keys!\u201d
\nArnie screams!
\nGloom says, \u201cThe GuildMaster has them I think\u201d<\/p>\n

Vick says, \u201cOk that\u2019s sorted then. Arnie you go to the GuildMaster and get the keys, we\u2019ll all meet you at Zarabeth\u2019s house\u201d
\nEveryone dashes off to the taxis on the road.
